Booker
Laura Booker is an associate attorney at Boltz Legal who represents clients in personal injury matters. As both a Florida-licensed attorney and a registered nurse with more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Laura brings a valuable clinical perspective to understanding clients’ injuries, evaluating medical records, and advocating on their behalf.
Before joining Boltz Legal, Laura worked as a medical malpractice intake attorney and provided medical-legal reviews for a variety of clients. Her nursing background and case management experience help her evaluate complex medical issues and understand the challenges injured clients face throughout treatment and recovery. She also holds an MBA with a concentration in Health Services Management and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator.
Laura earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law, where she served as president of the Health Law Society. She completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Bob LeBlanc and a mediation externship with the Dispute Resolution Services team, both within Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit. During law school, she also worked as a law clerk at an insurance defense firm.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends. She treasures opportunities to bring the family together and make lasting memories.
