Ciara earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida before receiving her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. During law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Society and served as Vice President of Internal Affairs for Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International.
Throughout her career, Ciara has handled hundreds of depositions, represented insureds in numerous mediations, and successfully negotiated settlements for policyholders across Florida. She has extensive experience litigating property insurance claims involving hurricanes, wind, water, and other property-related losses.
