Winning the Best Woman-Owned Business Award

A Celebration of Community, Support, and Success

This past week has been nothing short of incredible. I am beyond honored and thrilled to share that Boltz Legal was awarded the Best Woman-Owned Business by the Oviedo-Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce! Out of 88 businesses nominated and 14 competitive categories, we were recognized in this prestigious category, and the experience has left me deeply inspired and humbled.

A Community of Excellence

The ceremony was a powerful reminder of the strength and vibrancy of our local business community. With so many outstanding companies represented, it was clear that Oviedo and Winter Springs are filled with innovative, driven, and passionate business owners who are making a true difference. Every nominee deserved recognition for their hard work and dedication, and I am so proud to be part of this network.

When they say, “Surround yourself with like-minded people,” they aren’t kidding. I learned just how true this is during the event when I found out that Alicia Flores, my best friend and co-owner of Go Ink It, was also a finalist in the very same category! The irony and beauty of the moment weren’t lost on me—two close friends and fellow businesswomen, both nominated for the same award, both cheering for each other wholeheartedly.

Support From a Best Friend

What made the night even more special was the unwavering support from my friend, Alicia. In a competitive world, it’s easy to think that moments like these could lead to rivalry, but in truth, it was just the opposite. She stood beside me, proud and supportive, reminding me that true friendship and community spirit surpass competition. It was a testament to the power of women lifting each other up—rooting for one another’s success no matter what.

We celebrated together, shared the joy, and left that event with an even stronger bond, both as friends and as businesswomen. It wasn’t just a personal win for me—it felt like a collective win for all the amazing women out there who work hard to build something meaningful and supportive.

Gratitude for the Recognition

Receiving this award is a dream come true, and it’s one I could not have achieved alone. I’m deeply grateful to the Oviedo-Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce for recognizing our efforts and to every person who has supported us along the way. From clients to colleagues, family to friends, and especially my fellow businesswomen—I share this honor with all of you.

This recognition is not just a reflection of the business I’ve built, but of the incredible support system I’ve been blessed with. It’s a reminder that, as women in business, we are stronger together.

Looking Ahead

This award motivates me to continue striving for excellence and to give back to the community that has given so much to me. I am eager to see what the future holds and excited to keep growing alongside so many amazing women-owned businesses.

As I celebrate this achievement, I also want to encourage others to embrace the power of community and collaboration. Together, we can accomplish great things, not just as competitors, but as supporters and friends.

Thank you again to everyone who has been part of this journey, and here’s to continuing the pursuit of success—together.
